A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. Daily cleaning of all rooms and common areas is performed to maintain impeccable standards throughout the property, and linen changes are included as part of the service. Utility costs are covered in your rental, encompassing water, electricity and gas consumption. The property benefits from professional custody and night watchman services, ensuring security and peace of mind throughout your stay. Parking facilities are provided on the premises with dedicated infrastructure for electric vehicles. The villa's professional kitchen is not available for direct guest use; however, the property offers a small restaurant that is open for light lunches, snacks and aperitifs.
