A separate library with a fireplace and satellite TV offers a refined space for relaxation, while a studio equipped with a phone, fax machine, and printer is also available, along with a mobile phone provided for guest use.
The night section on the ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a second bathroom with shower. The upper floor features 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 singles upon request, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. An additional double bedroom on the upper floor, also divisible into 2 single beds, is served by a private bathroom with a bathtub.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 75 days prior to the arrival date. House rules are in place and penalties may be applied in the event of non-compliance.
