The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.

The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.

Casa Rossa is a suggestive farmhouse of very remote origins. It stands in a very panoramic and peaceful position, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.

The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. Beautiful independent villa with private swimming pool near the town of Lucignano in the province of Arezzo, accessed via a beautiful avenue lined with Cypress trees.
The property is comprised of three buildings containing four apartments which are not internally connected (two units in the first building, 1 in the second and the fourth is a small independent house).
