Charming stone villa set in the hills of the upper part of the Arno Valley, in a panoramic position that combines the peace and quietness of this place with the possibility of nice trips, thanks to the good roads in the valley that connect Arezzo (20 km) and Firenze (60 km). Ca' di Vestro is the ideal holiday accommodation for those who wish to leave the noise and frenetic modern life behind. From here you can admire the marvelous view of the Arno valley, where natural beauty remains pure and unspoiled.

Enclosed pool, wide equipped garden and solar panels. Around the villa there is a large fenced garden equipped with garden furniture, table tennis, small house with barbecue, wood burning oven and sink and a beautiful completely fenced swimming pool (5 x 10m, depth 1,40m). The house has been sensibly and comfortably furnished with period furniture. Possibility to buy typical Tuscan products.
The road leading to the villa (approx. 1,5 km) is quite steep in parts, however practicable with any type of car. The villa is endowed with solar panels which make it independent from traditional energy resources making the most of its ecological value.

FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The 3 bedrooms and the sitting-dining room are endowed with wall fans.

We had use of the beautiful pizza oven and had a chef prepared meal that was fantastic. The property was located close to a train station that brought us to Florence in 37 minutes. Loro Ciuffenna is located in the Arno Valley in Tuscany, Italy. When you visit Loro Ciuffenna you'll feel like you stepped back in time with it's narrow streets and alleys which date back to the Etruscan era. An old mill, which recently closed, was powered by a water wheel for over 100 years and is still visible from the bridge today.
