At guests’ disposal in the villa: large, beautiful, fenced garden furnished with garden furniture, private swimming pool (9 x 4,5 m – maximum depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) and barbecue. Parking within the grounds.
Distances: Bibbona with all kinds of shops 1,5 km, Cecina with excellent restaurants 7 km, the small town of Castagneto Carducci 10 km, Livorno 40 km, Volterra 50 km. The nice sandy beaches of Marina di Bibbona are only 5 km away.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir haben in der Villa Poderino einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderbar, eingebettet in Weinstöcke und Olivenbäume. Das eingezäunte Grundstück war für unseren Hund hervorragend. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge und zum Strand, dennoch ist es absolut ruhig. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung und gute Restaurants.

The garden with the pool is wonderful, nestled among vines and olive trees. The fenced property was excellent for our dog. The location is ideal for excursions and to the beach, yet it is absolutely quiet. There are good shopping opportunities in the nearby area and good restaurants.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
Wir waren 9 Tage im Poderino und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Schlafzimmer haben super frisch gerochen. Die Küche ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Leider keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Normalerweise sind wir 2 - 3 Wochen in der Toskana. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir das Haus nicht buchen, da uns das Fehlen der Spülmaschine/Waschmaschine und die sehr einfach eingerichtete Küche nicht gefallen. Für eine Woche war es aber okay, da wir nicht viel gekocht haben. Was das Zubehör in der Küche angeht, ist das Ansichtssache und wir können das Haus trotzdem weiterempfehlen. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr groß und war für unseren sehr großen Hund das Paradies auf Erden. Besonders die Nähe zur Küste ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Man ist schnell in Cecina und an den Stränden. Im angrenzenden Ort Bibbona gibt es einen Bäcker und nette Lokale, eine Apotheke und sogar einen Tierarzt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt.

Casa immersa tra ulivi e vigne, un oasi di pace e bellezza. Portico ampio dove pranzare e cenare. piscina favolosa. La casa è ben tenuta e pulita. A 10 minuti si trova la spiaggia del gineprino . Consigliatissima!!

We had a great family holiday at Poderino. The house was clean and as described and the pool was cleaned and attended to everyday and was perfect for our three children aged 8, 6 and 3. The nearest coastal town of Marina di Bibbona had a great restaurant called "Jolly Beach" which we would recommend.

Charming small villa with beautiful gardens. The pool was great for kids as it was not too deep and it was cleaned daily by the owner. Many lovely places to explore nearby – Populonia is well worth a visit. There are also many nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing family holiday here.

Have just got back from a lovely holiday in Tuscany. What a lovely villa we stayed in. It is located within a vinyard and in private grounds. Loved the swimming pool and the bbq area. An easy drive to the local supermarkets and attractions. Loved seeing the fireflies at night. Could not have hoped for a better place for me and my family to stay. Everything was perfect.

Comfortable villa in beautiful garden and grounds. An ideal base for exploring Tuscany, but head inland rather than for the coast. The villa is located in grounds with a vineyard and olive groves, and has sea views from the main bedroom - could have made more of this in the description.
