Large villa with private pool in Arezzo province, in the open countryside.
The property is in a very tranquil location, with woods and farm fields surrounding the property. The Umbria border is close by, making it possible to visit both the cities of Tuscany (Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, etc) and Umbria (Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, etc) while staying at the villa.
The villa was originally a large manor house dating back to 1569, and has recently been carefully renovated. There is a large garden on the property, with a pool offering panoramic views. A few metres away from the villa there is an annex where the caretakers live (they do not use the garden or the pool, which are both for guests’ exclusive use).
