Villa Monterchi is a magnificent three-floor property spanning over 500 square metres of interior space, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests across 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Several of the bedrooms and living areas feature wonderfully restored original frescoes, lending the villa an authentic and historically rich character that sets it apart from ordinary holiday residences.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area furnished with sofas and armchairs, alongside a large dining room with a full dining table. The well-equipped kitchen is equally generous in size and comes with a table and chairs, an electric oven, a microwave, American and moka coffee machines, a toaster, a dishwasher, 6 gas burners, and 2 fridges, one of which features an icemaker. A dedicated laundry room with a washing machine is accessible from the outside on this level.
On the first floor, the first bedroom is a double room with a private bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The second bedroom features 2 single beds and a private bathroom with shower. The third bedroom offers a double bed with a private bathroom with shower, and the fourth bedroom also features a double bed with its own private bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, a large suite of over 60 square metres is appointed with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower. An additional bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Every bedroom throughout the villa is individually air conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season.

Villa Monterchi operates with a minimum stay of 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. The swimming pool is open seasonally, from 11 April to 17 October. A hot tub in the pool is available on request at an additional cost of 350.00 euro per week.
A refundable security deposit of 500 euro is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned at the time of departure, less any costs related to damage or unpaid fees. A mandatory final cleaning fee of 200.00 euro applies to all bookings. Heating is charged at 6.50 euro per cubic metre, and air conditioning usage is billed at 0.80 euro per kWh.
