The villa is elegantly furnished with antique pieces, an ideal place for any kind of event and stay during summer and winter, being open all year round.
At one km from the Borgo is Falciani, where is found Bar Marconi open every day and offering a selection of Tuscany specialities such as wild boar salami and hand made "panini" baked at night in this bread shop. In Falciani you will also find two typical Tuscan restaurants. A few meters ahead there is a renowned restaurant called "SOR PAOLO" where many Florentines come to taste the famous "Fiorentina Steak" and the deep fried vegetables and meat.
Various sporting clubs with Tennis courts, a little fishing lake, Horse riding centre and Circolo Golf Ugolino, are in the Borgo's immediate surrouding.
Strategic is the Borgo closeness to Impruneta, famous for its furnaces and the production of the valuable COTTO IMPRUNETA 5 Km.

Borgo Il Molinaccio is situated in its own private wooded park surrounded by lovely open countryside. It stretches over approximately 16 hectares of land, five hectares given over to woodland, suitable for walks, picnics and mushroom picking!
The round shaped swimming round pool offers a magnificent view over the Chianti Classico hills and vineyards.
You will love your stay at Molinaccio, especially because the owners also live in the premises and are always available for assistance, so you will feel the warm atmosphere of a typical Italian Family!
The villa is entirely for you. The ground floor offers a brand new kitchen which was refurbished in March 2014 and a refurbished dining room which can host up to 10-12 people.
The kitchen offers all facilities, wi-fi, Sat TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and 4 gas ring hobs.
You can also enter by the front of the villa garden where there is a table for dining "al fresco" in an elevated area where the Barbeque is also located. Only few steps will lead up to the bright and spacious living room (90 sqm) which has two comfortable sofa, a fire place and lots of antique furniture and paintings. One room for playing cards with a single bed and one bathroom (wc and basin).

The Piano Nobile of the villa - the first floor - has been given over to the bedrooms, each one with central heating and one with small kitchen (another one!) where one can prepare breakfast in bed!.

The four rooms are all spacious, furnished with style and antique pieces. The three double bedrooms are in typical Tuscan style, offering modern facilities such as en-suite bathrooms with shower, satellite TV and a fridge. The Suite, also with en-suite bathroom, has a large window where steps lead up to the terrace overlooking the Italian garden, it also has its own small separate kitchenette with two electric hobs and sink and a window facing the front garden, a fridge and cooking facilities.
In the kitchen there is a large fridge with freezer, four gas hobs, sink, washing machine, oven and microwave, toaster, freezer, mixer and American coffee machine with a window overlooking the front of the Villa.
Nearby these Tuscany vacation rentals you will find a number of sporting clubs with tennis courts, a thermal spa and pool, horse riding stables and golf courses.
On request cooking classes, bridge classes, painting and pottery painting decoration courses can be organised for you.

Interior Description
From the entrance, lying across the Italian garden, you walk to the main entrance and a set of stone stairs leading up to the first floor, where the four rooms are located.
On the ground floor, the living room has a fire place and important antique pieces of the Family. The bright and spacious living room has direct access to the garden where there is a table for dining "al fresco".
On the 1st floor (Noble floor): 3 double bedrooms and a suite at the guests disposal, all of them with independent heating system, satellite TV.
The 4th bedroom (suite) has got a small kitchen and a wonderful private panoramic terrace both of them to be used only by the suite guests.
In three of these rooms it is possible to add a third bed on request.
On the first floor also: Kitchenette with four gas hobs, sink, washing machine, electric oven and microwave, toaster, freezer, mixer and American coffee machine.
Moreover in the beautiful Italian garden with gazebo there is a large barbecue.
