In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Haus Sweet Maremma. Das Haus und der Pool ist genau so wie aus den Fotos beschrieben . Der Pool ist richtig groß und das Haus hat alles was man benötigt . Wer Ruhe sucht , findet sie dort . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit .
Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt ( es ist nicht komplett eingezäunt , darauf sollte man achten )

The pool is really big and the house has everything you need. If you are looking for peace, you will find it there. The landlords are very nice and helpful.

A beautiful little house with panoramic view over rolling hills. Very peaceful with lovely pool and terrace. Even nicer than in the photos. Helpful owner Maristella left us local wine and olive oil and made sure we had everything we needed. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the warmer nights. Quite remote down an unmade road but this meant we were very secluded and had plenty of privacy. All in all a fantastic holiday.
