LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.
In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.
Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.
A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.
The Experience
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the lake perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Also available outside are a playground, patio and barbecue grill. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each unit has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.

Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
