At 500 meters above sea level, the "Ortensia" is a historic, two-family house from the 16th century, surrounded by trees and vineyards in Greve In Chianti, Italy. This three-story residence offers a shared swimming pool (seasonal availability from May 15 to September 30, open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), a fenced pool area with shower/WC, patio, terrace, barbecue, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Amenities include a washing machine, Internet WiFi, parking, and a yard. Additionally, linen and towel changes, room cleaning, and a cook are available upon request for a supplemental charge.

The property features a shared swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 80:00-20:00), a shower/WC in the pool area, a patio, a terrace, and a barbecue area. The house is located in Vinci, just 150 meters from the house where Leonardo da Vinci was born and lived the first years of his life. Today it is a museum dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci.
Casa Lionardo has two bedrooms and a very large living room. The house is used in autumn and winter for cultural gatherings dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci.
The house's book collection is impressive and available to guests if they are careful with the books.
Inside, everything is well organized and the same goes for the garden. There you will find a beautiful private pool and a little beyond, a gazebo with table and chairs.
