Casa Rossa is a nice property consiting of 3 completely reovated units turned into 6 holiday apartments and a cottage. The holiday facility has maintained its original architectural structure and is located on the Chianti hills in panoramic position.
Every apartment has its independent entrance to guarantee privacy and peace to guests who stay there. A swimming pool is at guests' disposal as well as a wide garden to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside of the Chianti Area.

At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet is available. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds.

Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicolar leading to the medieval walled town centre 4 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km. A lake with sport-fishing facilities and a riding-stable are approx. 5 km from the property away.

Holiday home Il Sole Di Vino is a beautiful property that includes WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool. The apartment has a total of five independent units. The property can accommodate up to 25 people comfortably. Il Sole Di Vino is located 5 km (3 mi) from Vinci, Italy and only 44 km (27 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Montecatini".

This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.

The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

After a busy day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Beautiful house dating back to the end of the 18th century comprising 6 welcoming apartments. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.

At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with swimming-pool (15 x 7 m – depth 1,2 m), open-air shower (cold water), changing room with bathroom, shared barbecue.

A small spa with Jacuzzi bathtub (for 4/6 people), 2 massaging armchairs and changing room (with shower) is available at € 10,- / per entrance / per person (reservation requested).
