Abbiamo trascorso nel periodo di settembre le prime due settimane le vacanze in questa struttura dobbiamo dire che non abbiamo niente da recriminare i proprietari sono gentilissimi persone veramente con cui puoi parlare tutti i giorni come fossero di famiglia Insomma ti fanno sentire a casa appartamento molto pulito e soprattutto con un bel giardino come volevo io avendo un cane che ha bisogno di comunque di muoversi senza parlare della spettacolare piscina

The owners are very kind people you can really talk to every day as if they were family.In short, they make you feel at home. Very clean apartment and above all with a beautiful garden as I wanted, having a dog that still needs to move without mentioning the spectacular swimming pool.

Two stars: Beautifull view and very nice swimming pool. Unpaved road to the property is very bad ( approx. 2,5 km) and hardly to drive with a normal car due to steep slope and bad surface condition.
Some essentials in the kitchen like a water cooker are missing ,or are in poor condition. We reported to the representative that we smelled some gas in one of the two kitchens. We solved by closing the gas valve.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus/Villa mit Pool, Whirlpool und Aussicht auf die Stadt/Landschaft. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden von Gläser bis zur Spül-, Waschmaschine, Herd, insgesamt 3 Küchen, 3 getrennte Häuser (Haus 2 und drei mit einer verschließbaren Tür verbunden). Fas alleingelegenes Haus auf einem Hügel in der nähe von Arezzo. Die erste Anfahrt erwies sich als ein Erlebnis, da wir den falschen Weg genommen haben. Deshalb die Anfahrtsbeschreibung genau lesen, dann kommt man auch gleich an. Haben einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Rom, Chinque Terre sind durchaus möglich. Aber ebenso ist das Entspannen am Pool oder das Flanieren durch Arezzo eine schöne Abwechslung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gerne Auskunft. Wir haben uns an einem Abend ausgesperrt, da sind sie sogar Nachts um halb 12 noch gekommen und haben uns aufgesperrt. Am Samstag haben Sie uns einen Kuchen und einen Likör vorbeigebracht - richtig nett von ihnen. Den Pool haben sie regelmäßig während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Zu Beginn stand ein Willkommenskorb mit verschiedenen regionalen Lebensmittel, Masken und Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts einzuwenden. Wir verbringen dort definitiv wieder den Urlaub. Zum Schluss wollten wir noch ein Trinkgeld geben, welches Sie dankend abgelehnt haben und sie gesagt haben, wir sollen uns davon lieber etwas anderes auf unserem Heimweg kaufen. Das Ferienhaus sieht auch wirklich wie auf den Bildern aus. Es ist einfach wirklich 5 Sterne wert.

Everything available from glasses to dishwasher, washing machine, stove, a total of 3 kitchens, 3 separate units (house 2 and 3 connected by a lockable door). Almost solitary house on a hill near Arezzo. The first approach turned out to be an experience as we took the wrong route. Therefore read the directions carefully, then you will arrive immediately. Had a wonderful vacation. Day trips to Florence, Pisa, Rome, Chinque Terre are quite possible. But relaxing by the pool or strolling through Arezzo is also a nice change. The landlords are very nice and are happy to provide information. We locked ourselves out one evening when they even came at half past eleven and unlocked us. On Saturday they brought us a cake and a liqueur - really nice. They cleaned the pool regularly during our stay. At the beginning there was a welcome basket with various regional foods, masks and disinfectants. The house is very clean. There is nothing wrong with that. We will definitely spend the vacation there again. At the end we wanted to give a tip, which they declined with thanks and said we should buy something else on our way home. The holiday home really looks like the pictures. It is just really worth 5 stars.

Ein wunderbares Haus und sehr nette Vermieter.
In der Wohnung war alles, was man fuer einen Urlaub braucht, vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr sauber und fuer jede Wohnung sind extra ausgewiesene Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Es gibt einen extra Sitzbereich vor der Wohnung mit grossem Tisch, vier Stuehlen und Sonnenschirm. Ebenfalls stehen zwei Liegestuehle bereit.
Der Aussensitzbereich liegt umgeben von Pfanzen, die allerdings auch Insekten beherbergen. Wer empfindlich auf Insektenstiche (Muecken und Bremsen) reagiert, sollte unbedingt Insektenschutz mitbringen.
Die Anlage liegt inmitten der Weinberge und Olivenhaine. Bei den sehr herzlichen Vermietern kann man Wein, Olivenoel, Honig, Nudeln und Getreideprodukte (alles aus eigenen Anbau) kaufen.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt.

Everything you need for a vacation was available in the apartment. The pool was very clean and there were specially designated loungers and umbrellas for each apartment. There is an extra seating area in front of the apartment with a large table, four chairs and a parasol. Two deck chairs are also available.
The outdoor seating area is surrounded by plants, which, however, also harbor insects. Those who are sensitive to insect bites (mosquitoes and horseflies) should definitely bring insect repellent.
The facility is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. You can buy wine, olive oil, honey, pasta and cereal products (all from their own cultivation) from the very cordial landlords.
We had a wonderful vacation and felt very comfortable.
