A large pergola covers the outdoor dining area in front of the kitchen, providing a shaded and atmospheric setting for alfresco meals. Carefully designed relaxation areas are positioned throughout the garden to make the most of sunny days in the open air.
At the centre of the garden, to the right of the kitchen area, lies the non-heated swimming pool, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool features an irregular kidney shape of approximately 25 square metres with a depth of 1.50 metres. It is equipped with chlorine purification, a hydromassage system, and internal lighting, and its lining in hand-moulded marble stone allows it to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is well equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, offering the perfect setting to unwind while admiring the fiery Tuscan sunsets. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

A terracotta staircase adjacent to the kitchen connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the sleeping quarters are arranged.
