An additional shallow pool is available for young children, ensuring the whole family can enjoy the water safely. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, a gazebo, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Several annexes also feature their own equipped porches, providing shaded outdoor seating areas directly accessible from the living spaces. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Valleverde is configured to accommodate up to 30 guests across 14 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, distributed between the main building and 5 independent annexes. The main building's ground floor features an entrance leading into a large living room with a dining table and a sitting area with a fireplace, complete with double glass doors overlooking the garden. A large hallway connects to a professionally equipped kitchen, a reception area, and a guest bathroom. On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms, one of which features a divisible bed, each have their own ensuite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a large bathroom with shower. The second apartment, also accessed from the ground floor, features a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people, 1 bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor of this apartment, there are 2 double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, and satellite TV. Heating is available and metered separately. The owner resides approximately 500 meters from the villa, ensuring that guests enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the entire estate, including the pool, while remaining readily available to assist with any requests. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. The property is comprised of three buildings containing four apartments which are not internally connected (two units in the first building, 1 in the second and the fourth is a small independent house). The area where Villa Poggiospinoso is found is very interesting to explore; it is just a few kilometres from Arezzo and the main Tuscan sights are easily reached by car. The splendid region of Umbria is also very close by and without a doubt deserves a visit.

Casetta i Ciliegi is an old stone house that has been skilfully renovated and is located in an extremely panoramic position, 750 m above sea level, and is part of the tiny hamlet of Cantalena Alta. Casetta i Ciliegi is the ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life and be in close contact with nature. Green woods, steep hills and cultivated countryside frame this beautiful house with a large, fully-fenced outdoor area where you can relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (size 7x4 mt, depth 1.20-1.50 mt - open from 01st May to 30th September) and in the porch furnished with table, chairs and barbecue.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
The beautiful town of Cortona, with its stone alleys, Rugapiana and the Church of Santa Margherita, and the medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino are both about 15 km away and have all the necessary shops and services. Casetta i Ciliegi can be reached via a scenic mountain road that is partly unpaved (about 4 km), not recommended for sports cars. Especially the first time it may be a little difficult, but once you get there you will understand that it is worth making a little effort to admire such a beautiful view.
