Adjacent to the pool, guests will find a bathroom with 2 showers and a decorative stepped fountain. A stone-paved area connects the pool zone to the kitchen and living room entrance of the villa, where a pergola with jasmine, outdoor tables, chairs, and a mobile barbecue invites leisurely gatherings. A furnished panoramic terrace on the second floor is accessed from the corridor through a French window. Description
The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.

The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
