The Experience
The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.
Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.
One room with access through the garden with shower and changing room for guests who want to enjoy the pool without entering the house.

You will find Villa Scianellone 1.5 km from the town of Torrita di Siena, a characteristic and turreted medieval village. In the village you will find shops, restaurants and services of all kinds. If you like walking, the village can also be reached on foot, and we certainly recommend spending an evening there, for dinner out or for an aperitif in one of its ancient and particular piazzas.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful villages of Montefollonico (10 km) and Montepulciano (12 km), which are well worth a visit and a stop, where you can taste the typical dishes and above all the prestigious and renowned wines of the area such as the 'Nobile di Montepulciano'.

Every day offers a new opportunity to enjoy something different: relax in the panoramic garden, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.20 meters deep, fenced – open from May 1st to September 30th), or engage in exciting matches of volleyball or tennis on the small multi-purpose sports ground (18x9 meters). You can also enjoy table tennis, billiards, or foosball for some friendly competition. Children can play in the children's playground next to the swimming pool. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.

In front of the annex, you will find a dedicated barbecue area alongside a traditional wood-fired oven, perfect for alfresco cooking and convivial outdoor meals. The outdoor dining area is situated beneath a charming pergola at the exit of the main house living room, offering a shaded and atmospheric setting for lunches and dinners in the open air. Please be aware that the garden photographs were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
