A large, exclusive swimming pool area is set in a panoramic position within the park, reached along a drive of approximately 70 m bordered by hedges. The rectangular non-heated swimming pool measures 7 x 17 m, with a depth varying from 1.40 to 1.80 m. It is lined in PVC, features chlorine purification, and is equipped with submerged steps for easy water access. The surrounding area, finished in stone and lawn, is furnished with elegant sunbeds, umbrellas, a cold-water shower, and a small shady seating area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

A large study on the upper floor also contains a double sofa bed, offering additional sleeping flexibility for your group.

Within the extensive estate, the owners reside in a completely independent and separate area of the property and do not interfere in any way with your use of the park or the swimming pool. Pets are welcome at the villa, subject to prior authorisation from the owner, which must be requested before arrival with details regarding the number, size, and breed of the animals. An extra cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with pets. The property also features a sauna and a Turkish bath, available on request. Parking is available on site within the dedicated parking area close to the main entrance. Beautiful property available for rent with a private swimming pool, located just a short distance from the town of Certaldo.
The structure in subdivided into 3 apartments, (there is no internal access between apartments) which come rented to one single party as a single rental villa. The largest apartment holds a dining room large enough for 8 guests to dine together.
The owners (who are very friendly but not intrusive) manage a family agricultural business from the same location and live a few meters away but do not share any of the outdoor areas with the guests – they do reserve access to a passage which runs below the largest apartment for use only when truly necessary. They will be available should guests require help or advice for what to visit and where to go to enjoy the best of Tuscany.
The property available for rent and the property where the owners live are separated by a border of flowers which gives the guests the most privacy possible.
This beautiful Tuscan property with a swimming pool is strategically located, this makes it easy for guests to see this region’s fantastic well-known towns and cities such as Certaldo, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena and the Tuscan countryside.
The small town of Sciano is found just 450m from the house (easily reached on foot).
