The outdoor spaces of this remarkable Tuscan estate are as thoughtfully designed as the interiors, offering a seamless connection between the natural landscape and the built environment. The garden extends over approximately 4,000 square meters, featuring areas of natural lawn that gently follow the slope of the land, interspersed with colorful flower beds and framed by characteristic stone walls and tidy pathways. Upon arrival, you follow the access road to reach the covered parking area, from which a few stone steps and a winding path lead you up to the house and the pergola, where a dedicated outdoor dining area invites al fresco meals with a view. Behind the house, a wood-fired oven and a brick barbecue provide the perfect setting for authentic outdoor cooking experiences. In a particularly scenic position, a Sky Bench has been placed to offer an ideal vantage point from which to admire the sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in a lower area of the grounds, accessible from the lawn or by descending stone stairs. Rectangular in shape and divided into 2 basins, the pool measures 12x6 meters in total, with a maximum depth of 1.20 meters in the large basin and 40 cm in the smaller one. The small basin is equipped with a hydromassage feature, while the pool itself is lined with PVC and fitted with a Roman staircase for easy access and internal lighting. A chlorine purification system maintains water quality throughout the season. The surrounding solarium area is finished with gres tiles and furnished with loungers, 3 gazebos, and a cold water shower, creating a complete and comfortable poolside environment. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
