Beautiful independent villa with private swimming pool near the town of Lucignano in the province of Arezzo, accessed via a beautiful avenue lined with Cypress trees.
The property is comprised of three buildings containing four apartments which are not internally connected (two units in the first building, 1 in the second and the fourth is a small independent house).
