The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, and measures 12 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres. It is lined in light-coloured PVC and maintained with chlorine purification, accessible via a metal ladder. The surrounding solarium is paved in terracotta and furnished with sunbeds, while a gazebo shaded by jasmine provides a charming spot with a table and chairs for leisurely afternoons. Mediterranean vegetation, ancient olive trees, and open views across the Tuscan countryside complete this peaceful outdoor sanctuary. Both internal and garden lighting are activated automatically via a twilight sensor. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments.
