The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms. The property is made up of two close stone houses that are rented together to one group of family or friends at a time. The two units have 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, respectively; in total they can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in tastefully furnished Tuscan-style interiors.
Outdoors there is a large garden lush with plants and flowers, which hosts a lovely private pool and scenic sunbathing area. It is the perfect place for relaxing and cooling off on hot summer days, while taking in the stunning Tuscan landscape. The furnished areas with table, chairs, small armchairs and a barbecue await for comfortable outdoor meals.
