You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. Conveniently located in the centre of Lucignano, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montepulciano.
The swimming pool is located at 1 km far from the property and it can be reached on foot. The guests will find there also a toilet, external shower and a fridge all at their disposal.
