The non-heated swimming pool is located in the lower section of the property, approximately 40 metres from the farmhouse and accessed via a charming flight of stone steps through the garden. The rectangular pool measures 6x12 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres, is lined in sand-coloured PVC that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding terracotta solarium, and features chlorine purification, Roman steps for water access, and lighting both inside the pool and throughout the solarium area. The pool measures 17 by 9 metres, with a depth ranging from 90 to 220 centimetres, and is lined in clear PVC with an elegant stone border. Entry into the water is possible via large steps on one side or a metal ladder. Sunbeds and umbrellas are arranged along the terracotta-paved perimeter and on the expansive manicured lawn that extends to a terraced area furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it an ideal setting for poolside dining. Adjacent to the pool, a cold-water shower is available, and a short flight of steps leads down to a bathroom with shower, a changing room, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink and refrigerator. The pool is purified with chlorine and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 single bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed offers an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and another double bedroom with a king-size bed features an en-suite bathroom with shower. This last room communicates with a study and reading room that provides access to an outdoor terrace, as well as with the staircase leading to the upper floors of the tower.
