All of the 3 villas are tastefully furnished and can be rented together in order to have an independent property with private swimming-pool. The access to the property is via 100 m of an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Cortona with all kinds of shops 1,5 km away, Camucia (railway station) 4 km, Arezzo 30 km. Lake Trasimaneno is approx. 15 km away.

The walk to the imposing elliptical walls of the small town is one of the things that our customers always tell us with enthusiasm. The olive trees, the small road on the hill that goes up and once in the village the characteristic cafés among the paved alleys, where you can always taste an ice cream or a glass of good Tuscan wine.
Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas.
