The two apartments are not adjoining, each one has an independent entrance. The apartments are rented exclusively together, not separately.

The ground floor of the villa is with no steps at the entrance, and you can get very close to the main door with your car.
Clients on a wheel-chair should consider that arriving to the pool area is not possible on their device anyway, because of the downhill route.
