You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. The house is located just a few kilometres from Siena and Arezzo, and we certainly recommend a visit to both. The former, admired all over the world, will welcome you with its ancient cobbled streets and the majesty of Piazza del Campo, while Arezzo, on the other hand, more reserved and less well-known, will surprise you with a delightful and rich historic centre, typical cafés and excellent trattorias.
