The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by tall trees, decorated with pots and flowers and equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, swing and barbecue. Under the large centuries-old oak tree, to the side of the house, there is a small corner designed for relaxing with a good book or for an evening chat with friends and a glass of wine. The beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), for your exclusive use, has sunbeds and umbrellas and a comfortable bathroom with shower. The first floor hosts 5 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and minibar fridge; 1 bedroom can be converted into twin beds upon request, and 2 bedrooms can each accommodate an additional single bed. All rooms overlook the park. The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms.
