The property is well looked after and ideally positioned for visiting the beautiful Val d’Orcia area (Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Bagno Vignoni and more) as well as Siena, Arezzo, Florence and Umbria.

Sergio and Stefano welcome you to their home where you will learn traditional Tuscan Recipes while being immersed in the natural landscapes of Tuscany. Enjoy ‘hands on ‘ cooking lessons along with a pizza making night taught by Sergio and Stefano who are both chefs.
The courses are informal and taught in the restaurant which is situated at Villa Fabbroni (800 mt from Villa Panzalla) in the ambience of a typical Tuscan wine cellar with arched brick ceilings and stone walls, where wine was once fermented in large chestnut barrels. The cooking lessons are about the traditional Tuscan “Cucina Povera” (country cooking ). The farm also produces a fine extra virgin olive oil which is used in all the cooking.

Between Arezzo and Siena. Set in the verdant hills of the Valdichiana on the border between the Provinces of Arezzo and Siena the Fattoria delle Chianacce is a typical farmhouse built in the last century. These farms produced some of the very best beef and pork in the area and many continue to do so to the present day. The owner has restored part of the building furnishing it simply and comfortably.
The strategic location. Near to the farmhouse is the small village of Farneta with its Romanesque style abbey of the same name. Le Chianacce is ideal to get easily to the main historical towns and cities in central Italy.
Services. There are seven apartments, six available for our guests, and one inhabited by the owner. At full guest's disposal also a communal sitting room with television, a laundry room, the bicycles and garden equipped with garden furniture. Just a few meters from the house is a large 20x8m pool (depth 1,00-2,40m). The garden is completely fenced.

This charming, small house, was recently completely restored and equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, hi-fi system, fax machine, wi-fi connection and satellite TV. It is located in a very quiet position 3 kms away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area. The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. It has a salted water filter system that avoids the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy. The property La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour’s drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away. Resident cats at the property.
