The changeover day is Saturday. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during high season, while a minimum of 3 nights is required during low and mid season. Casa Rossa is a nice property consiting of 3 completely reovated units turned into 6 holiday apartments and a cottage. The holiday facility has maintained its original architectural structure and is located on the Chianti hills in panoramic position.
Every apartment has its independent entrance to guarantee privacy and peace to guests who stay there. A swimming pool is at guests' disposal as well as a wide garden to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside of the Chianti Area.
At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet is available. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds.
Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicolar leading to the medieval walled town centre 4 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km. A lake with sport-fishing facilities and a riding-stable are approx. 5 km from the property away.

La Gabola is a beautiful farmhouse consisting of an old farmhouse where the owner lives and four independent small houses for guests. You will find the farm at the foot of the rugged hill where the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona rises majestically and will instantly win you over with its old-world atmosphere. In Cortona you can stroll around, enjoy splendid views and visit countless ancient churches, museums and works of art. Don't forget to taste the local cuisine in the typical restaurants in the centre - you won't regret it!
A skilful and careful renovation, carried out with painstaking patience directly by the owner, and a decor in authentic period furniture give the houses a very special charm. You will feel welcomed in a very homely atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.
Apartments Sofya and Selene are located in the same building and can be especially recommended for 2 families travelling together. La Gabola, La Gabolina and La Turata, on the other hand, are individual and independent houses, perfect for those who like a little extra privacy.
All around the farm a large green space where each house has its own private corner with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs. This will be your favourite place on warm summer evenings, chatting with friends and a good bottle of red wine. Even your small pets will be more than welcome at Fattoria La Gabola (extra charge could be required).

The estate offer several farmhouses turned into nice apartments and surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards. The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Malmantile with food shops 4 km away, Lastra a Signa with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence (airport) 18 km away, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 45 km, Pisa (airport) 65 km away, Siena approx. 75 km.
