All guests must provide a photocopy of their passport and sign a form for the local authorities upon arrival. The property is within walking distance from the city center. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 to April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Please note that fans are not usable. Kitchen services, if desired, must be arranged at least 2 months before arrival. An arrival fee applies if you arrive outside the indicated hours. The large swimming pool will be at your disposal (size 12x6 m, depth 0.60-2 - open from 01st June to 30 September); occasionally it is also used by the owner who will be, albeit very discreetly, an excellent point of reference in case of need. You will have your own private space for your car within the fully fenced property, where even your small four-legged friends will be welcome.
The house is comfortable, furnished with particular taste by the owner with local antiques, has a large living room with sofas and an antique fireplace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller one perfect for a child.
Certainly, in addition to the proximity to important centres such as Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, which you can visit with convenient day trips, in our opinion the highlight of the villa is the view from the house and its outdoor space. Villa Molinazzo operates with a check-in time from 15:00 and a check-out time by 10:00. Pets are welcome upon request. A fully refundable cash security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any charges in the event of damages. Should house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances.
The rental price includes daily cleaning for 4 hours, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and public holidays excluded, as well as gardener and pool maintenance services. Pool towels are provided, and bath towels are changed on Wednesdays. Internet WiFi is included and unlimited throughout the stay.
Additional costs are payable upon arrival and include a utility deposit for air conditioning and heating, with air conditioning metered and heating metered separately.
