Two porticoes provide outdoor living and dining areas, one equipped with a gas barbecue and connected to the kitchen; there is also a gym area shaded by a gazebo.. Access via a 600 m dirt road (in good condition) leading to an automatic driveway gate with a pedestrian entrance; gravel parking area with two covered and two uncovered spaces, located between the villa and swimming pool. The large and sunny swimming pool occupies the most beautiful corner of the garden, offering a magical view over the borgo of Montepulciano, surrounded by the foliage of olive trees and rows of vines, and bounded on the outer edge by a laurel hedge. The non-heated rectangular pool, lined in PVC, measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth varying from 1.10 m to 1.50 m. It features 2 ladders for water access, 4 hydromassage vents along one side, internal lighting, and chlorine purification. The pool is fully fenced and bordered by a paved travertine surface that extends to a large lawn area furnished with a gazebo, sunbeds, and umbrellas. Casa Rossa is a suggestive farmhouse of very remote origins. It stands in a very panoramic and peaceful position, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins.
