There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

Conveniently located , Italy and only 12 km (8 mi) from Lucca. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on vacation.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Also available outdoors are a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people.
