Under the portico adjacent to the kitchen, a large outdoor dining table offers a remarkable view of the castle of Sammezzano, accompanied by a well-equipped barbecue for al fresco meals. In the area in front of the entrance, a shaded lounge area with comfortable seating provides a panoramic outlook over the rolling green hills. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the upper part of the property, fenced with Photinia hedges for privacy, and is approximately 30 metres from the main house, accessible via a flight of steps from the courtyard. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is lined in light cream-coloured PVC, and features Roman steps for water access along with both internal and external lighting. A large stone solarium surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with sunbeds and tables for relaxed sunbathing. Below the pool, a small annex houses a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The surrounding travertine pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and adjustable umbrellas, creating an ideal sunbathing and relaxation area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.
