When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and playground. Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.

The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 2nd floor is not inhabited and remains closed, whereas two rooms on the ground floor (at the garden level, below the house) are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to guests.
