Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of Villa Cristina are thoughtfully designed to make the most of the property's natural surroundings and panoramic position. The terraced garden, spanning approximately 2,500 square meters, is completely fenced and planted with olive trees, fruit trees, and Mediterranean shrubs, with natural hedges gracefully separating the main garden from the pool area. A white gravel driveway lined with fruit trees leads from the entrance gate to the shaded parking area beneath a kiwi-covered pergola. Just outside the house, a shaded seating area invites relaxation with comfortable outdoor sofas arranged beneath a sun canopy, while a panoramic dining area equipped with a built-in barbecue offers the perfect setting for alfresco meals with sweeping views of the Valdinievole hills. A short staircase connects the dining area to the olive grove and the pool area below.
The private swimming pool is non-heated and rectangular in shape, measuring 11 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It features a sand-colored PVC lining with a sandstone border, access via a Roman staircase and a recessed corner with a shallow beach area, a chlorine purification system, and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is paved with teak-effect anti-slip resin slats and is furnished with sun loungers, tables, an umbrella, and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the garden may vary at the time of your arrival.

The villa is distributed on two levels. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to open space living area with sitting room, dining area and ornamental fireplace; kitchen with direct access to two sides of the garden, including outdoor dining area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue; indoor spa area with heated hot tub; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — Two double bedrooms; a bathroom with shower accessible from both bedrooms; sun terrace with sun loungers. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a terraced garden planted with lawn, cherry trees, herbs and flowering plants. Facing the sea is a Japanese-style stream, and to the right of the villa, near the entrance gate, is a shaded gazebo with deck chairs, also accessible from the spa area. Steps lead up to the upper garden, where the swimming pool and solarium are set among greenery, with a creeper-covered rock wall. Near the kitchen, there is an outdoor dining area with a sink and washing machine. Two uncovered parking spaces are available outside the property.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located in a secluded area of the upper garden, accessible via a staircase. Rectangular in shape and covered in clear PVC with cobalt-colored mosaic in the waterfall area, it measures 3.85 x 6.40 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; it is accessible via a Roman staircase. It has a hydromassage corner, multicolored LED lighting that can be controlled by remote control and an anti-allergic salt purification system. The surrounding solarium is paved with wood-effect stoneware and is equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs. The pool edge is finished in travertine. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa extends across 3 floors and is enveloped by a fully fenced flat garden of approximately 5,000 square meters, featuring an immaculate English lawn, terracotta pots with lemon plants, ancient vases, multicolored floral essences, and the characteristic olive trees of the region. Ample private parking is available on the property, and the expansive yard offers guests an exclusive outdoor retreat where tranquility and natural beauty converge seamlessly.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Gabri are a true extension of the villa's elegance and charm. The garden, completely fenced and bordered by carefully maintained hedges, is enriched with aromatic plant bushes, ancient decorative vases, and a variety of flowering essences that change with the seasons. Adjacent to the main entrance, a generous outdoor living area shaded by large umbrellas is divided into 2 distinct zones: one dedicated to al fresco dining, where guests can enjoy breakfasts and lunches at a spacious table surrounded by the scents of the vineyards, and one arranged as a comfortable outdoor sitting area for relaxation. A mobile barbecue is also available in this area, perfect for organizing convivial gatherings in a setting of absolute tranquility. For younger guests, a ping-pong table is available near the pool alongside the wide lawn, which is ideal for outdoor games. The swimming pool, positioned at the front of the villa approximately 25 meters from the entrance and accessible through the rectangular square in front, measures 7 m x 13 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.40 m. It is a non-heated pool, elegantly lined with blue mosaic in the style of Roman baths, and features 2 internal Roman staircases for easy entry, 3 hydromassage stations, and internal lighting. The teak wood solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers shaded by 3 umbrellas and a hot shower for guests' convenience. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that the 2 side wings of the villa are occupied by the owners, who are described as very discreet and respectful of guests' privacy; however, the garden and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

A large, bright kitchen with a dining area completes the ground floor, along with 2 service bathrooms: one adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, and one near the front entrance that also benefits from direct external access, making it conveniently usable by guests coming from the pool. A majestic marble staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where the sleeping area is located. This floor houses all 4 double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom: 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower, while the remaining 2 are fitted with both a shower and a whirlpool bath. Continuing up the staircase to the second floor, guests arrive at a bright open space with an additional bathroom with shower.
