The property features expansive outdoor spaces designed for comfort and enjoyment. You will find a furnished green area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. A semi-enclosed veranda offers a shaded spot where you can dine while enjoying views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, a pergola provides another charming outdoor dining area. The saltwater pool measures 10 meters by 6 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 meters to 3 meters, offering refreshing swims during warm days. A barbecue is available for preparing meals outdoors. The property includes a private forest where you can take leisurely walks and explore the natural surroundings. Two horse boxes are available on the premises for guests traveling with horses.

Heat Available throughout the residence guarantees a cozy atmosphere during cooler seasons. One of the bedrooms features a ceiling fan for additional ventilation. The kitchen facilities include a Dishwasher in two of the apartments, a Microwave oven, and fully equipped cooking areas with ovens and refrigerators. A Washing Machine is provided in one of the bathrooms for your convenience. The living room on the second floor includes a Fireplace, adding charm and warmth to the interior space. Check-in is available from 3 pm to 7 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am. Pets are allowed at the property. Mosquito nets are installed to enhance your comfort during the evenings. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. The consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms are included in the rental price, with linen changes provided weekly. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the local municipality.
