Pets are allowed on request, with a maximum of 1 pet permitted per stay. Please note that if animals are present, the security deposit required is doubled. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is mandatory. The property requires all guests to provide their personal information, including identification card or passport details, which will be forwarded to the local authorities in accordance with regulations. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
