Il Sole Di Vino is a beautiful vacation rental with pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The apartment has been designed with a total of five separate units. The property can accommodate up to 25 guests comfortably.
This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. This property is a multi-unit property which is ideal for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that wish to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, like the pool or garden, with the group. Villa Cecilia is an old farmhouse dating back to before 1800. You will find it perched on a hill in the heart of the Valdichiana, about 4 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic village where you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all necessities.
The farmhouse has been recently and carefully restored under the careful guidance of the owners, who strongly wished to maintain its ancient origins and characteristics. The original terracotta tiled floors, the high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality furnishings, with fine antiques, are a perfect match for the characteristics of the villa. You will feel a sense of warmth at the villa, you will feel welcomed and pampered, perfectly in harmony with your surroundings.
The history of the farmhouse is also fascinating. In ancient times, the Valdichiana was a swamp and before the land reclamation took place, its waters lapped the land of the property and just a few steps from the house there was a small harbour for boats that connected by water to the surrounding villages.
Today the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, cereal crops, farmyard animals and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, you will be able to enjoy the organic produce from their vegetable garden free of charge. Their paddocks, should you travel with your horses, will be at your disposal (service available for a fee).
Around the villa, you will enjoy a large, completely fenced green space perfect for your morning or evening walks even with your four-legged friends. Inside the park there is also a woodland path (approx. 500 m) where you can relax, walk and organise cool snacks.

Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm, then a recent and careful renovation, which the owners carried out with love and care to keep the old features of the villa unaltered, transformed it into a cosy holiday home.

The farmhouse is located about 25 km from the beautiful Cortona, in Tuscany and about 15 km from the village of Trestina, in Umbria. You can do your shopping in either Cortona or Trestina, both of which have shops, supermarkets and services.
From here you have easy access to green Umbria, with its small villages nestled in the lush hills and bucolic landscapes of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia is only 60 km away.
Similarly, once you have reached Cortona, the splendid towns and cities of southern Tuscany will open up for you to discover. From Cortona to the farmhouse the road is perhaps a little long, even though it is all paved. But once you are there you will be rewarded with the absolute tranquillity of the place.
In our opinion Casale Aiola is definitely suitable for groups of families with children. The large green space around the house is perfect for the little ones to run and play in the middle of nature. Also available, in front of the house, is a children's swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth 0.60 m., table tennis, table football, children's games and a bowling green. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
For adults and children there is a large private swimming pool (size 9x16 m. -depth 1,20 m. completely fenced - open from 15 May to 30th September) with bathroom with shower and a small gazebo with fridge to cool down on hot summer days and the tennis court.

You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.

We guarantee that you will leave your heart in Castiglion Fiorentino. A small town of steep, paved alleyways, ancient buildings, stone stairways and arches and mighty walls dominated by the imposing Cassero tower, guarding the valley. In Castiglion Fiorentino you will also find supermarkets for your daily shopping, other shops and all necessary services. From the house you can easily walk to a restaurant which is just 1 km far.
