The spacious and private country house stands just 2 kilometers from Mercatale Val di Pesa and 18 kilometers from Florence, Italy. You will find the location ideal with its private and tranquil hillside position, perfectly positioned for exploring the region. The well-appointed villa has been authentically restored and is surrounded by olive groves, making it perfect for 5 to 6 couples or extended families. Internet Wifi connectivity ensures you stay connected throughout your stay, while convenient parking facilities are provided on the property. The building dates back approximately one thousand years to the Medieval period and was totally restored in 2006, having originally served as a small monastery before evolving into a country house some centuries later.
