This beautiful farmhouse is located in a very quiet and secluded position on the Castello di Volpaia estate, where we have successfully been renting two other properties, La Pozza and Il Casetto for many years. Guests can enjoy incredible views from the covered terrace, which is furnished for outdoor eating and is also very practical for families as it overlooks the pool, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on the pool area. The fortified hamlet of Volpaia offers two nice restaurants, one of which owned by the estate. The English speaking estate staff can organize cooking lessons, visits to the wine cellars and will be glad to assist guests during their stay.

A fully equipped kitchen with wooden beams and local details provides everything needed to enjoy home-cooked meals. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower also complete the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are located. Please note that the internal staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms on the first floor has no railing, therefore children up to 12 years of age must be constantly supervised. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the upstairs bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay during the summer months, and is included in the rental price. Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt.
