The owners occasionally live in a portion of the villa (with separate entrance and garden) and they share with the clients the use of the swimming pool.
The pool is heated during the period from April 1st to November 1st and the temperature is maintained between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius.
The property is equipped with a natural insecticide system in the outer perimeter of the property that makes it inhospitable to any insects.
This villa is 50 km from Florence away and 20 km from the charming village of San Gimignano.
The location is ideal to enjoy the peace of the Tuscan countryside and at the same time to visit the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano ) and the charming Chianti villages.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 200 m.

Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa is a nice stone building with WiFi internet, shared pool and air conditioning. La Rimessa is a villa / farmhouse / home with a total of five separate units. The property can sleep up to 30 guests comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms.
LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.
In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.
Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.
A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.
