Remote but yet very close to nearby towns (about 6 km away from shops, supermarket, train station and highway). You will get to the property by a short private dirt road, driving through vineyards and beautiful mountain and hills views.
Fully immersed in nature and countryside, this is THE getaway to rejoice with nature, silence and breathe Tuscany in every way. The villa is very big, with very spacious rooms and surrounded by greenery and birds singing.
The indoor is typical tuscan, with every comfort such as wifi, wood oven, television with streaming mode and a private Home Cinema!
Wide property with fields and woods for you to take lovely walks around the property, do your yoga sessions or to simply sit under the shade of the pergola. The villa is open also for private events, small weddings, ceremonies or any project we could help realize!

Guests have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 metres, enclosed for privacy and safety, with seasonal availability from 15 May to 30 September and pool opening hours from 8:00 to 20:00. The property is surrounded by a generous yard that enhances the sense of space and natural beauty, while parking is conveniently available directly at the house. "Ortensia" is a well-equipped residence that caters to a variety of guest needs throughout their stay. A washing machine is available inside the house for guests' convenience. Linen changes and towel changes are available upon request and subject to a supplementary charge. Daily room cleaning can also be arranged on request for an additional fee. A cook service is available on request for an extra charge. A storeroom is available for guests' use during their stay. Please be aware that the motor access road is approximately 2,200 metres long and bumpy in nature, and during winter months it is strongly recommended to carry snow chains. A car is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the surrounding area. Baby equipment is included for families travelling with young children. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.
