In addition to many shops with the best range, there are many advantages that can be reached from this Tuscany house with pool - the sea and beach in 20 minutes, the motorway in 1/4 hour, a large shopping center in the same time, cultural cities such as Pisa, Lucca half an hour on the motorway - Pisa has an (international) airport. IMPORTANT: please note that, as it can be seen from the pictures, this home is on a hill, above the sea level.
Having a car is definitely recommended.
If you come to Levanto by train, on foot you will have to walk 800 meters of an uphill road to arrive at the apartment (15 minutes).
The train station is 2,2 km away. Please consider this aspect, to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive here. Walking is not recommended if you are not used to! In summer it could be too hot; at night the road is not lighted enough.
